4. Provider Verification Care Locator strives to connect you with trusted and reliable caregivers and pet care providers. All providers are licensed and background-checked, but Care Locator does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by users or providers. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging a caregiver or pet care provider.
5. Payment and Fees All payment transactions for services are handled directly between users and service providers. Care Locator may charge a service fee for using the platform to facilitate bookings, and the details of these fees will be outlined on the site or app. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you book.
6. Limitation of Liability Care Locator is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred as a result of using the platform or interacting with service providers. We make no guarantees regarding the quality or reliability of the services provided by caregivers or pet care providers.
7. Termination Care Locator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us directly.
